GPT Tools is an action. It is installed by GPT creators who want to activate secure user authentication, analytics and / or payments.
While GPT Tools is product designed for use in the OpenAI GPT Store, we are not affiliated with OpenAI.
ChatGPT is an AI chatbot developed by OpenAI.
OpenAI allow creators to develop customised versions of ChatGPT called simply 'GPTs' which are found in the OpenAI GPT Store.
Many creators use ‘actions’ which give the GPTs additional functionality or link to proprietary data sources that the basic version of ChatGPT doesn’t have.

Many GPTs in the OpenAI GPT Store are free to use, but some creators charge a monthly subscription fee for premium GPTs they have developed to support their work to build and manage these custom GPTs.
These creators are not employed or otherwise compensated by OpenAI.
Please note that GPT subscriptions unlock access to that GPT, but usage level is subject to your OpenAI account tier.
We collect identifiable data such as your name and email address related to facilitating transactions and to assist you to manage your GPT subscription.
We also collect non-identifiable, anonymised data to help creators monitor GPT usage and performance to improve their products, but rest assured—we cannot identify who said what.

You are free to cancel anytime.
You can cancel by:
- clicking 'Manage your subscription' in your receipt or subscription reminders which is sent to your billing email address
- asking the GPT to provide you with your Stripe customer portal link which allows you to cancel / update billing
Alternatively, contact us at help@gpt-tools.co and we can cancel it for you!
We offer refunds when there is a problem that is unable to be resolved in a timely manner which impedes your ability to fully utilise the GPT—for example:
- You are unable to access the GPT after payment
- A technical error prevents the GPT from functioning as described
- There’s a clear issue with duplicate billing or account recognition
To allow us to quickly process your refund request, please include supporting evidence. We accept the following:

- A screen recording showing the error
- A link to the GPT conversation showing the error
